Thermal Management
Build chamber preheated to 400-600°C to minimize thermal gradients and residual stress — critical for Inconel 718 and titanium alloy structural integrity.
Support & Stress Relief
Support structures designed for efficient removal. Post-print stress relief at 650-950°C eliminates residual sintering stress before optional CNC finishing.
